Medical Support Assistant (OA)

About the Position: This position is located in the Department of Mental Health at Womack Army Medical Center At Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Serve as the initial point of contact to greet and receive patients telephonically.

Perform the full range of receptionist, record keeping, and miscellaneous clerical duties within the call center setting.

Maintain patients' electronic records, according to regulation ensuring each entry contains proper patient and health care provider identification.

Coordinate and/or schedules patient appointments with clinics or specialties.

Ensure eligibility for care, and contacts Patient Administration for verification
