About the role

The Cybersecurity Training Developer will support a federal agency's cybersecurity and compliance program by developing content for new cybersecurity training courses and assisting with compliance efforts, including compiling data for training metrics reporting.

  • Support the development of content for the creation of new cybersecurity courses for a federal agency. 
  • Assist with compliance efforts including compiling data for reporting on training metrics.
  • research current agency policy to respond to inquiries and promote compliance. 
  • Assist with all communications including procedure and policy documents, cybersecurity awareness building material, and briefings.
  • Provide customer service support to trade partners to resolve issues and inquiries. 
  • Liaise between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and provide metrics on the quantity of interconnection Security Agreements (ISAs) processed on a routine and recurring basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of information security experience, to include experience developing training content and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • US Citizenship / No Dual

Other Job Specific Skills

  • Strong understanding of IT cyber security tools, hardware/software security implementation, and communication protocols.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Compensation Ranges

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
