This position requires an active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist, or applicant must have the necessary qualifications to earn license. Additionally, applicants must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence. Applicants without licensure will not be considered.
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time
HTS is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy teams at two well-established skilled nursing facilities in Louisville, KY. This position is full-time at 30 - 40 hours per week, worked on a consistent schedule, and offers a unique opportunity to experience a variety of work environments, team dynamics and patient populations.
Facility 1
· Located on the southern side of Jefferson County, outside of the busy Louisville area.
· Work here three days per week, on Mondays – Wednesdays – Fridays.
Facility 2
· Located in the heart of historic Old Louisville.
· Work here two days per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to residents in supportive environments.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
