If you're ready to stop job-hopping and build something long-term, this is your starting point. At Middletown Honda, you'll begin as a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, learn the auto business from the inside, and move into a Sales Consultant role where top performers earn six figures+. No auto experience required. We'll train you.

Your path

• Months 1–3: Learn the business. Get to know Honda's lineup, the delivery process and how a dealership runs, with daily mentorship from the Sales Manager.
• Months 3–12: Earn your move. Take on more customer interaction, complete manufacturer training and show you're ready. Most coordinators move into Sales within 3 months to a year, depending on performance.
• Next: Sales Consultant. Step onto the sales floor with product knowledge, relationships and a track record already in place.

What you'll do

• Own the delivery experience: inspect vehicles, verify accessories, review disclosures and keep inventory ready for delivery
• Walk customers through their new vehicle, including features and technology
• Work directly with the Sales Manager and get real visibility into how deals come together
• Build the customer skills and product knowledge that set you up to sell

Who we're looking for

• Motivated, coachable and eager to learn
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
• Sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and comfortable working outdoors
