Mechanical Assembler

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Mechanical Assembler's for projects located in or around Edgewater, FL.  This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Marine Assembler and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:   

• Assemble, fit, and install marine components according to specifications and production standards• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively• Perform work independently with minimal direction while maintaining quality and accuracy• Identify and address quality issues, defects, and process inefficiencies• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area• Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments• Work overtime as needed to meet production and scheduling requirements• Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in assembly, manufacturing, marine, mechanical, or a related skilled trade environment.• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities• Demonstrated ability to train and transfer knowledge to other employees
