Job Description
Role: Service Coordinator
We are seeking an entry-level Service Coordinator to join our team. This position supports the coordination of projects while assisting with administrative duties related to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and installation appointments with technicians and clients
- Maintain detailed records, including maintenance histories, warranties, and service schedules
- Process work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring proper prioritization and timely completion
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project status and updates
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in coordinating emergency service calls as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project scheduling and coordination
- Working knowledge of Business Central or Great Plains
Compensation: $25-$28 hourly plus benefits
