Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Metal Fabricators for projects located in or around Gordonsville, TN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience plus $125/per diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the Jobsite.  If you are a Machinist and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
• Fabricate structural steel, frames, brackets, and custom metal parts
• Operate fabrication equipment and machinery to complete production requirements
• Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials
• Maintain accurate measurements and tolerances throughout the fabrication process
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and fabrication prints
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment

Requirements:

• Previous fabrication experience preferred
• Experience working with structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and fabrication drawings
• Strong measuring, fitting, and layout skills
• Ability to maintain precise tolerances and quality standards
• Experience operating fabrication equipment and shop tools
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
