About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.

Implement decisions, guidance, laws, regulations, and policy in the development of projects and intermediate products.

Manage the construction and site preparation for medical and non-medical packages on assigned projects.

Identify customer problems or issues and facilitates the resolution in accordance with established policies.

Negotiate project functions and develops a comprehensive management plan by integrating customer needs and other agencies' commitment.

Establish performance measurement criteria and outlines the assumption of risk for various projects.
