Knowledge Solutions Analyst

Core Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Advanced education in library/information science, information systems, data/analytics, technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered where appropriate.

Skills and Technical Abilities

• A minimum of four years of related experience to include experience supporting or administering business, research, library, or workflow systems; or comparable platforms.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills; able to define problems, collect relevant information, test solutions, document findings, and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel; experience with data cleanup, reconciliation, reporting, and dashboards. Power BI, Power Query, or comparable tools are preferred.
• Working knowledge of authentication and access concepts such as SSO, IP authentication, permissions, entitlements, and user lifecycle administration.
• Experience with UAT, system implementations, upgrades, release/change management, or technology project coordination.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and project-coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and stakeholders.

Physical Requirements

• Work is mainly sedentary.
• Occasional travel to other firm offices may be required based on business needs.
