Overview
Summary/objective The individual in this role executes email, social, webinar and reporting work for Repairify brands, including Opus IVS, asTech and BlueDriver. Works day to day with the Sr Marketing Program Manager to turn campaign plans into finished, on-time deliverables. A strong fit for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across the full marketing mix in a B2B technology company.

Email marketing • Plan, build and schedule email campaigns, including segmentation, testing and QA before send. Social media • Publish and manage social content across brand channels according to the campaign calendar. Webinars • Plan and run webinars end to end: scheduling, registration pages, promotion, speaker coordination, day-of support and follow-up. Reporting and insights • Pull campaign results and prepare basic reports and insights that feed campaign readouts. Team support • Track project status and deadlines, and keep campaign assets and files organized. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field, or 1 to 3 years of marketing experience. • Strong written communication and attention to detail. • Organized, able to manage several projects and deadlines at once. • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Canva or Figma is helpful. Training is provided. • Interest in B2B technology or the automotive industry is a plus. Supervisory responsibilities This role has no supervisory responsibilities. Work environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers. Physical demands Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual operation of a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Travel required This position may require some travel.
