As a Security Officer - Full Time Armed Military /Police Experience in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a financial institution, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will respond to security-related situations, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, observe visitor activity, and follow site procedures for restricted areas, deliveries, and contractor access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain required firearms qualifications and follow all applicable laws, company policies, and site-specific procedures for the authorized carrying and handling of assigned equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
