The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full sales journey for high-value accounts, from first outreach and discovery through pilots, closing and later expansion. - Cultivate relationships with senior leaders and other decision-makers at target organizations.

- Map how a prospective client operates and pinpoint where a solution would add the most value.

- Structure pilots and trials that lead a buyer toward wide rollout.

- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects instead of relying only on inbound interest.

- Pass customer and market feedback to product and customer teams.

- Help shape sales playbooks, positioning and operating standards as the team grows.
