Job Purpose: The Central Loan Processor (CLP) handles loan processing for commercial and consumer lenders and ensures all documents are complete and in compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures. Works as part of a team to be a resource to the lenders and help resolve any issues to meet the customer’s needs. CLP is responsible for processing consumer, commercial, agricultural, and real estate loans by utilizing the Bank’s loan origination and processing systems.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare customer and bank loan documents.
• Provide efficient, consistent, and high-quality loan service and assist the branches and individual lenders in support of new and existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate with lenders and other team members to resolve documentation issues and support customer lending needs.
• Provide assistance in other areas of loan operations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of public records related to real and personal property filings, mortgages, deeds of trust, and property conveyances.
• Utilize knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and UCC/EFS filings, escrow processes, and loan documentation requirements to ensure accurate and compliant loan processing.
