Injection Production Aid GAPP - 3rd Shift

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist machine operators and technicians by supplying materials, packaging, and tools. 

• Remove, trim, and handle plastic molded parts from the machines as needed. 

• Perform part measurements and weight verification. 

• Support basic setup and clean-up tasks for molding machines and work areas. 

• Apply labels, insert components, or perform light assembly work based on production needs. 

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring scrap and waste are properly disposed of. 

• Alert supervisors to any machine irregularities, safety concerns, or quality issues. 

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and PPE requirements. 

• Provide break coverage and assist with other general labor tasks as directed by team leads or supervisors. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Previous experience in manufacturing, plastics, or automotive assembly is a plus, but not required. 

• Ability to lift up to 15lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks. 

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail. 

• A willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment. 

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed. 

Work Environment: 

• Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and various materials. 

• Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. 

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. 

• Full-time, with potential for overtime based on production needs. 

• Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends.
