Responsibilities
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the full onboarding cycle, employee status changes, separations, and all HR operational administrative functions. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards. Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date.
Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Bachelor’s degree required or 6 years of related experience.
2. Strong interpersonal communication skills required
3. Previous Human Resources experience is required.
4. Microsoft computer skills required
5. Ability to excel in a fast paced environment

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $25.00 to $31.97. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
