About the Position: Serve as Deputy Chief of Construction and Operations Division with responsibility for planning programs, project assignments, supervision of subordinate staff and coordination and review of all work of the Construction & Operations Division.

Responsible for developing and implementing the vision, mission, and direction of the organization by leading and managing an inclusive, diverse workforce that leverages the talents of each employee.

Develop, implement, and monitor personnel and financial management procedures within the Alaska District.

Manage the distribution of workload within Alaska District including establishing internal operating policies and procedures and priorities.
