Deputy Program Manager

XLA is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This position is onsite position Monday-Friday. 

Salary: $140,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Program Manager to effectively and efficiently plan, organize, and manage all employees

• Provide day-to-day administrative direction and assign staff personnel to appropriate shifts or functions

• Monitor staff workload per labor category to ensure contract compliance

• Establish or improve procedures and controls

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and client contact

• Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day matters, including providing the COR with status reports

• Handle disciplinary matters and sign papers/documents on behalf of the Contractor

• Assist with conducting staff meetings and maintain time and attendance records
