Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time | $40-56.05/hour | $15,000-$20,000 Sign-On Bonus

Rate:$40 - $56.05 based on years of experience

Shift Diffs: $7 night & $3 weekend 

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000-$20,000 NO COMMITMENT

Schedule: Full-Time Day or Full-Time Night - 6:45-7:15

• 3-12 hour shifts
• Every 3rd weekend in rotation

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Instruct and counsel patients/families

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS required at hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
• Clinical experience
