Provides technical expertise to customers, DoW, DSCR, DLA Document Services, DDM and NGA staff elements concerning geospatial-intelligence products.

Serves as the MCO central point of contact and program manager for Print on Demand.

Determines, initiates, and coordinates required actions to assure adequate mapping support.

Serves as a central point of contact and exchange of information for personnel from print production centers (print on demand sites), customer activities, and other organizations relative to requisition processing.

Resolves users problems associated with obtaining and maintaining stocks; and prepares written analyses of activities and problems with recommendations for solutions for high level supply management.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
