Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a full-time opportunity with an established company?

Feeser's Food Distributors is hiring a Quality Assurance Clerk to join our Night Shift warehouse team in Harrisburg, PA.

In this role, you'll help make sure products leaving our facility meet our quality standards. You'll work directly on the warehouse floor inspecting products, identifying quality concerns, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with warehouse leadership to help prevent errors and product damage.

What You'll Do

As a Quality Assurance Clerk, you will:

• Perform daily quality inspections throughout the warehouse

• Inspect products for damage, accuracy, condition, and quality concerns

• Identify and document damaged, incorrect, or compromised products

• Help ensure products meet Feeser's quality and food safety standards

• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and tracking information

• Research and assist with customer product complaints

• Communicate quality issues directly with supervisors and management

• Track recurring quality issues and help identify trends

• Assist with corrective and preventative actions

• Support internal quality and Loss Control audits

• Work with warehouse trainers and supervisors to address recurring employee quality issues

• Help identify ways to improve warehouse processes and reduce errors

• Complete additional quality-related duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Dependable and able to work independently

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Able to identify problems and communicate them clearly

• Comfortable using computers and entering information accurately

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• A strong communicator and team player

Preferred Experience

• 1-3 years of quality assurance, quality control, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred

• Food distribution or warehouse experience is a plus

• Powered industrial equipment experience is a plus

• Previous experience documenting or tracking quality issues is preferred

Schedule

Sunday-Thursday
6:00 PM-Finish

This is a full-time Night Shift position. Because our warehouse operates based on daily customer volume, the exact end time may vary. Overtime may be required.

Physical & Work Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Work in varying warehouse temperatures

• Enter refrigerated and freezer areas when needed

• Read and accurately document product information

• Perform basic math

• Follow company safety, quality, and operating procedures

• Work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required
