PRODUCTION PLANNING DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER

About the Position:Serve as a Deputy Director of Production Management at Tobyhanna Army Depot.

Serve as a Deputy Director of Production Management at Tobyhanna Army Depot, working closely with the Command Group to formulate polices and support informed decision-making on critical policy matters.

Provide support to the Command Group on all aspects of the Depots Communication-Electronics -E mission workload.

Maintain liaison between Tobyhanna Army Depot and other installations, agencies, and industries in matters pertaining to mission activities.

Assure that subordinate supervisors carry out policies effectively to meet management objectives, including those related to labor management relations

Analyze program costs and accomplishments across funds, manpower, materials, and equipment to support data-driven resource allocation decisions.

Ensure subordinate supervisors achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Provide project management support for strategic program initiatives to improve execution, accelerate progress, and advance mission priorities.
