Compensation/ Benefits

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $20.58 to $25.72 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

A Brief Overview

Production Support II is a systematic subject matter expert role responsible for supporting execution of production activities. They are responsible for collaborating cross functionally to ensure physical & systematic movement of material through the is controlled. They are responsible for troubleshooting & resolving systematic inventory discrepancies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides expert level systematic support utilizing various production systems (MES, Salesforce, Oracle) to troubleshoot & resolve issues
  • Train new members of the team in the use of Oracle, MES, Non-Conformance tickets, Salesforce, and other systematic tools
  • Assist Lab Operations Support Coordinators with daily tasks
  • Utilizes MES to track and document exceptions (flags) to orders
  • Utilizes Oracle to support, troubleshoot, rectify the physical & systematic movement of inventory through the Lab (Inbound through Outbound)
  • Collaborates with other internal teams (Logistics, Order Management, & Lab Operations) to troubleshoot & resolve systematic inventory issues with
  • Production orders and inventory
  • Assists Lab Operations personnel in creation of Non-Conformance tickets to ensure proper information is documented for Supplier Management
  • Performs inventory validation checks to support Lab Operations & Order Operations teams in timely execution of orders
  • Self driven, ability to work independently
  • Provide effective, timely communication via multiple systems (Outlook, Salesforce, MES, Teams, ServiceNow)
