Our dealership is looking for a driven, high-performing Finance Manager to lead our F&I department. Position Summary
As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the deal structuring, financing, and protective product sales for our customers. You will work closely with our sales team and lending institutions to deliver competitive financing options while ensuring total compliance and maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Structuring & Execution: Work with customers and sales leaders to structure financing, flex, and options that fit customer needs and dealership profit goals.
- F&I Product Sales: Present and sell Extended Service Plans, GAP Insurance, Tire/Wheel Protection, and Pre-Paid Maintenance with high integrity and strong product knowledge.
- Lender Relations: Maintain strong relationships with Harley-Davidson Financial Services (HDFS) and our other lending partners to secure fast approvals and competitive rates.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure 100% compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Oversee accurate contract execution, title work, and credit applications.
- Customer Experience: Provide an outstanding, smooth handover process from sales to delivery, reinforcing brand loyalty and high customer experience metrics & scores.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive, powersports, or RV dealership environment (Powersports/Harley-Davidson experience preferred).
- Track Record: Proven ability to produce high PVR (Profit Per Vehicle Retailed) and penetration rates across F&I products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), credit submission platforms, and menu selling software.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement (M1) preferred (or willing to obtain).
