Summary: GS-07 - GS-09: The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) in a developmental capacity, performing assignments designed to further develop applicable analytical and evaluative skills and techniques. All training must be completed and regulatory requirements met prior to promotion. GS-11: The primary purpose of this position is: To provide recruitment and placement advice and guidance to managers in support of the installation Civilian Personnel Office. Duties: GS-07 - GS-09: Performs recruitment and placement assignments. Provides recruitment and placement, and affirmative employment advisory services. Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities. Prepares written correspondence and other documents. GS-11: Performs the full range of Recruitment and Placement advisory services. Provides continuing technical advice and assistance to management on Human Resources Program.
