Driver’s License or State ID3. Social Security Card (If you do not currently have a social security card, we will help you order a new one online.) 4. As a CNA/STNA at Diversicare, you will:

Qualifications
- State certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
