About the role
The Megahub Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end warehouse operations across multiple picking, stockkeeping, replenishment, export, and customer-facing functions within the 2.1M square-foot Megahub facility. This role ensures the effective flow of parts and materials supporting the regional tier PDC network, rest-of-world export orders, and direct customer demand across all commercial portfolios within the Parts & Services Organization in North America.
Mission and Purpose:
The mission of this role is to deliver safe, reliable, cost-effective, and customer-focused warehouse performance that enables the Parts & Services business to support approximately $5–$6B in annual retail and wholesale sales targets and strategic initiatives. The Warehouse Manager will drive operational excellence, service consistency, labor effectiveness, and continuous improvement across all Megahub activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead daily warehouse operations across picking, stockkeeping, replenishment, export, and direct customer fulfillment functions to ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity objectives are met.
- Prioritize customer requirements, including critical and emergency orders, while balancing network replenishment needs, export commitments, and direct customer expectations.
- Manage operating budgets, labor plans, productivity targets, overtime controls, equipment utilization, and cost improvement initiatives within the Megahub.
- Partner with Labor Relations, Human Resources, Operations leadership, and union partners to ensure effective workforce planning, contract compliance, employee engagement, and issue resolution.
- Monitor customer voice-of-customer feedback, service levels, order accuracy, inventory integrity, and delivery performance to identify opportunities for corrective action and process improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes, workflow design, space utilization, safety practices, quality systems, and operational performance metrics.
- Develop supervisors, team leads, and hourly employees by setting clear expectations, reinforcing accountability, building capability, and promoting a culture of safety, inclusion, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, labor requirements, quality expectations, and operational controls.
Key Decisions:
- Customer prioritization and allocation of resources to meet network, export, and direct customer requirements.
- Budget and labor deployment decisions, including staffing plans, overtime, productivity actions, and cost controls.
- Escalation and resolution of critical and emergency order constraints impacting customer service or business continuity.
- Operational improvements that enhance throughput, inventory accuracy, safety, quality, and warehouse efficiency.
- Labor relations decisions and partnership actions needed to support stable, compliant, and productive operations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-function warehouse or distribution center operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead supervisors and hourly teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, order fulfillment, labor planning, safety practices, operational metrics, and continuous improvement methods.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, productivity targets, and cost improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience working in a labor relations or unionized environment.
- Experience leading operations in a large-scale parts distribution center, warehouse megahub, or high-volume fulfillment environment.
- Lean, Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement certification or practical application experience.
- Experience supporting regional distribution networks, export operations, or direct-to-customer fulfillment models.
- Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
