Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT
Assist patients with ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional independence
Follow individualized treatment plans
Document treatments and patient progress
Communicate with the OT and interdisciplinary care team
Participate in patient-centered care and discharge planning

Qualifications

Current Michigan COTA license/certification
Graduate of an accredited OTA program
Strong communication and organizational skills
Previous SNF experience preferred but not required
