WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Team Member supports daily wrap operations within the Wraps Business. This role is responsible for following standard work, producing high-quality vinyl wrap kits, ensuring safety, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Production Duties:
• Perform tasks in vinyl wrap kitting facility following standard operating procedures.
• Meet daily production targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Communicate issues or abnormalities promptly to Team Leaders.
Safety & Compliance
• Follow all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in safety audits, wear required PPE, and report unsafe conditions.
Teamwork & Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members and Leadership.
• Support a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and respect.
Quality Responsibilities
• Ensure kits meet quality specifications.
• Identify and report defects or non-conformances.
Continuous Improvement
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives.
• Suggest opportunities to reduce waste and improve workflow.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Experience
• Fulfillment and/or custom printing experience preferred.
Skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with precision tools and instruments, identify defects in process
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and production environments.
