Responsibilities

• Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital. 

• Currently, there are 21+ Primary Care Providers in the group. 

• Primary Care (BC or BE Family Medicine) 

• Academic Opportunity - will support local Family Medicine Residency Program (optional) 

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM) 

• Base salary ranges from $250K to $300K. 

• Base Salary + Productivity Bonus 

• Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance will also be given.  

• Position in Victorville, CA – around 45 minutes away from Ontario and Rancho Cucamonga, CA

• MD or DO from an accredited institution

Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is between $250,000-$300,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure
