Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and route callers to the appropriate department or individual.

Provide information about the university's services, hours of operation, and address.

Maintain accurate records of calls and activities.
Minimum Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal communication is crucial for understanding and conveying information accurately.

Active Listening: Paying close attention to callers to understand their needs and respond appropriately.

Customer Service: Providing friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive experience for callers.

Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying and resolving issues that may arise during calls.

Patience and Empathy: Remaining calm and understanding, especially when dealing with frustrated or upset callers.
Attention to Detail:

Ensuring accuracy in taking messages, transferring calls, and updating information.
Technical Proficiency:
-
Basic phone and computer skills to handle call routing and data entry.

Position is 100% onsite.

M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
