Hourly Range:

$18.75 - $20.00

If you are ready for a new opportunity and are a current licensed Progressive Sales Consultant, look no further than our Progressive Blended program right next door! As a member of this team, you will continue to support prospective customers while also responsible for researching, analyzing, and resolving current customer inquiries regarding billing, coverage or policy changes and service-related issues in an effective and positive manner. *This position is on-site in our Tucson, AZ Contact Center or work-from-home, depending on your current work location.*

Duties & Responsibilities

• Build trust by understanding the unique needs of your customers and offering the best solutions to meet those needs.
• Educate customers on products and services while identifying opportunities to offer additional solutions.
• Field incoming inquiries in a prompt, professional and friendly manner while exuding confidence in providing support and solutions.
• Identify and recommend cross-selling solutions, resolutions, and retention opportunities for customers.
