Atlas Roof Shingles & Underlayments is seeking Maintenance Supervisor for the Ardmore, OK facility.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the maintenance process and overseeing all inventory control activities within the warehouse and ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials and finished goods. This position supervises warehouse inventory personnel and is accountable for inventory accuracy, employee performance, safety, inventory optimization, cycle counting, and compliance with company policies and operational standards. The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor works closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, and Customer Service teams to maintain inventory integrity and support business objectives

Maintenance Supervisor Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory control activities, including receiving, storage, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor inventory transactions within E-Maintenance WMS systems.
• Assign work tasks and maintain workflow to support operational requirements.
• Verify accuracy of inventory records and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate inventory activities with production, purchasing, and shipping departments.
• Ensure proper inventory identification, labeling, and location management.
• Maintain inventory levels to support production and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and process improvements.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, records, and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization and storage efficiency.
• Support weekend and holiday operations as required.
• Provide backup supervisor coverage maintenance management personnel as needed.
• Assist with special projects and inventory system implementations.

Maintenance Supervisor Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance & warehouse, supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) systems
• Experience with cycle counting, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation required.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory analysis and root cause problem-solving preferred

Maintenance Supervisor Education, Licenses & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year technical degree in electrical engineering, technology, or related field preferred.

Maintenance Supervisor Additional Information

• Must be able to stand, walk, and occasionally reach, climb stairs, kneel, balance, push/pull, crawl/crouch, climb heights/ladders/scaffolds, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to conduct field inspections including ascending/descending roof inspections, at vendor/customer sites.
• Must be able to tolerate industrial/manufacturing environment to include variations in temperature from extreme cold to extreme heat; wet and/or humid conditions; dust/fumes/chemical exposure; and noise intensity.   Personal protective equipment required.
• Work requires good hearing, vision, speaking, color vision, finger dexterity skills, physical ability to access heights, and occasional physical labor requiring ability to operate heavy machinery.
