We are a grassroots, independent, family owned, employee operated treatment center that does not report to shareholders. Long before insurance was mandated to pay for treatment, The Lovaas Center was providing treatment for the same reasons we do today; improving children's lives by providing a science-backed, compassionate treatment environment for our children and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Train and supervise RBTs, ensuring ethical, high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies for continued success.
  • Collaborate with families and teams to ensure consistent care across settings.
  • Advocate for clients by maintaining compliance with funding and certification standards.
  • Lead staff development, training, and innovative solutions for program sustainability.

What You Bring:

  • Certification & Education: Active BCBA and LBA certification with a Master’s degree in science, special education, psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: RBT experience working with individuals with ASD and their families.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, plus the ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Credentials: BCBA, Nevada LBA and reliable transportation.
