Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

Job Summary
As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King,, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your assigned shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and adherence to all company standards and policies. You will lead a team of crew members, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Supervise and train crew members on all aspects of Burger King operations, including food preparation, cash handling, customer service, and cleanliness.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
* Manage cash operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and safe management.
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and receive deliveries to maintain adequate stock.
* Address customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and courteously.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and quality.
* Perform administrative tasks such as completing reports, schedules, and payroll documentation as needed.
* Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding service.
* Ensure the restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization at all times.
* Assist with food preparation, order taking, and other crew duties as required.

Job Qualifications
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
