Dishwasher-Roost at Hyatt Regency Greenville

The Beautiful Hyatt Regency Greenville is seeking a dedicated dishwasher for Roost. The purpose of the dishwasher is to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks and food servers with appropriate equipment for guest dining experiences.

Position Summary:

The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all kitchen and dining wares by using manual cleaning methods and operating dishwashing equipment. This position will work in the evening shift, supporting the kitchen team in ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dishwashing machinery to wash and sanitize kitchenware, utensils, dishes, and glasses.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, countertops, floors, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness during and after service.
• Help with other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
