Organizational Location: These three positions are located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Human Capital, Chief Human Capital Officer, OHC Employee Resilience Unit's Northeast, Southeast and Southwest Clinician regions. These are non-bargaining unit positions.

The incumbent must be a customer service professional who can work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Things happen quickly and continuously in this position, and the incumbent will find the need to move from one task to another without much time in between or juggling multiple duties at the same time. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, (at the full performance level) you will perform the following duties: Serve as a behavioral health professional; Provide essential behavioral assessment, counseling and referral services; Provide confidential resiliency behavioral, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual support; Facilitate the well-being of agency employees and eligible family members who may be facing life challenges; Identify the behavioral health need of the employee and deliver effective support. The Clinician Regions are as follows: Northeast Clinician: Washington, DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, Newark, & Boston Southeast Clinician: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham, Nashville, Miami, Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville Southwest Clinician: Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Waco
