Program Coordinator
About the role
About UHP
UHP — Unlock Human Potential is building a new category of education centered around whole-human experiential vocational training, leadership development, and purpose-driven transformation. UHP serves veterans, transitioning service members, and purpose-driven individuals through immersive programs that integrate human performance, leadership, wellness, vocational skills, and personal growth.
Our environment is fast-moving, mission-driven, and deeply experiential. We are not a traditional university, gym, military program, or trade school — we are building a scalable human development institution designed for the future workforce.
The Opportunity
UHP is seeking a Program Coordinator to run the day-to-day operations behind our trade programs at Ignite America Trade Schools. You will own scheduling, purchasing, and inventory across every trade program, including new programs as they launch, along with cohort events and student records, so instructors and veterans never lose time to a missing tool, room, or supply. This role executes and documents. Policy, curriculum, and budget stay with school leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the integrated cohort schedule and calendar for all trades; publish controlled versions and keep a change log
Run purchasing for all trades: intake requests, quotes, purchase orders or card buys, order tracking, and monthly reconciliation with Finance
Build cohort purchase lists ahead of time for tooling, consumables, PPE, student gear, and uniforms
Receive deliveries, keep the inventory and asset register current, set reorder points, and run counts at cohort launch and closeout
Run the cohort readiness tracker so every cohort launches with nothing missing
Coordinate arrivals, graduations, employer visits, and events, including run-of-show, travel, housing, and guest logistics
Keep student rosters, records, and the issue log current; support Student Outcomes with employer handoffs and 30/60/90-day follow-up
Coordinate onboarding logistics for instructors, graduate assistants, and staff
Track action items, maintain SOPs and templates, and keep a weekly exception dashboard for school leadership
Qualifications & Experience
Required
3+ years coordinating operations, programs, or logistics in a school, training center, construction, manufacturing, or similar setting
Hands-on purchasing, receiving, and inventory control experience, including purchase orders, card reconciliation, and asset tracking
Experience building and maintaining complex schedules across people, rooms, and sites
Strong skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, especially spreadsheets and shared calendars
Clear written communication and sound judgment on what to handle and what to escalate
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Gentry, Bentonville, and Maysville
Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or education administration
Familiarity with trade tools, consumables, and PPE used in skilled trades programs
Experience with NCCER programs, VA-approved training, or other career and technical education
Event planning experience, including travel and housing logistics
Military service or experience working with veterans
