About the role

SEI’s Wealth business is growing the Sales & Client Team to continue to accelerate business growth. To support this expansion, SEI is seeking a qualified Senior Relationship Manager to join the team.

In this high-profile and high-visibility role, you will be the most prominent client-facing individual for the business’ existing client relationships. You will be responsible for proactively engaging relationships to increase their engagement, growth, and satisfaction with SEI, increasing penetration across the firm, and broadening share-of wallet across the firm. You will be accountable for territory management, including expanding and protecting high-value client relationships while driving sustained revenue growth with clients in the independent

broker/dealer channel and will be a key contributor in elevating these clients’ strategic commitment to SEI.


To ensure success, you should carry experience and advanced knowledge of the advisor market, particularly in the independent broker/dealer channel. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding territory growth goals and overseeing the totality of the client experience across business development, relationship management, account management, and experience for advisors and firms in your territory of the independent broker/dealer channel. You must be adept at using data to drive decisions, while defining opportunities for growth and solving client needs.


This role reports to the Managing Director of the West Region within the Wealth Sales & Client Team and works directly with a dedicated Account Executive, as well as cross-functionally across the Marketing, Investment, Technology, and Service organizations of the business.


This role is territory-based in the West region of the U.S. and will cover strategic relationships across the region. The individual must reside in the territory.


The base salary for this position is expected to be $100,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience, with additional performance-based sales compensation that represents a larger portion of total earnings.
