Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site operations in Midland, TX. This role oversees daily field activities, manages subcontractors, ensures safety and quality, and keeps projects on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
Enforce safety and quality standards
Maintain project schedules and documentation
Communicate with Project Managers and clients

Qualifications:

5+ years of commercial construction with ground up experience
Government project experience preferred
Strong leadership and scheduling skills
OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred)
