Serves as a primary Industry Advocate engaging with the defense industrial base to understand concerns and provide guidance on government acquisition technology, policies, and requirements.

Serves as the principal advocate for industry partners on contract payment matters. Investigates and resolves complex and systemic payment issues.

Primary intake and responding component for Industrial Base Pay (IBP) for congressional inquiries originated for defense industrial base contractor issues.

Leads and executes a comprehensive customer outreach strategy to the defense industrial base.

Collaborates with industry partners to identify best business practices and systemic barriers, translating feedback into actionable recommendations for process improvements and policy changes.

Education is not substitutable for specialized experience at this grade level.
