This role combines fitness expertise and consultative sales to grow the Personal Training department, guide members through fitness consultations, and help connect them with the right coaching support to achieve life-changing results.

Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification
High School, GED, or Equivalency
Prior experience with sales and selling
Prior experience coaching and developing staff
Active CPR certification- Preferred

Competencies

High School, GED, or Equivalency
Prior experience with sales and selling
Prior experience training and developing staff
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Nationally recognized personal training certification
Active CPR certification- Preferred

Supervisory Responsibility

The position provides direct support to the Department Manager and assist with the daily responsibilities as they relate to the sales performance of department. Although the Coordinator does not have any direct reports, this individual is responsible for providing ongoing training & development to coaches, maintaining company standards and completing other managerial tasks in the absence of the Manager.

Salary

Salary + Incentive Pay $50,000 - $90,000 annually
