Medical Support Assistant (OA)

About the Position: This a Medical Support Assistant (OA) position with the Jacksonville Naval Hospital. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce.

Retrieves information from automated systems.

Completes request forms for patient orders.

Relays messages and cancellations.

Schedules patient appointments.

Provides information to others concerning hospital policies.

Maintains patient files.
