Requirements

 Job Responsibilities 

• Detailed touch up cleaning on vacant apartments and model units
• Detailed cleaning of leasing office, clubhouse, clubhouse and pool restrooms, gym
• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways as needed
• Sustain cleanliness of community amenities as needed
• Report repair issues as necessary
• Assist maintenance staff
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents

Requirements

• 1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
