About the role
As the Forms Implementation & Compliance Liaison, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of forms through Workfront from request intake and review through designer handoff, cross-functional approval, and coordinated launch across internal and external platforms. You will also serve as the primary operational liaison between Compliance and the Enterprise Forms Team for work supporting the Retirement, Life, and Benefits divisions. While all team members partner with Compliance on their respective projects and product launches, you will specialize in proactively strengthening this partnership, improving forms-related compliance processes and traceability, and providing research and analysis to support regulatory inquiries, market conduct exams, and other compliance needs.
What You will Do
Forms Implementation & Coordination
- Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of forms through Workfront, from intake and sponsor collaboration through approval and launch.
- Serve as a central point of coordination between stakeholders, designers, and business partners throughout the implementation process.
- Monitor forms requests, answer questions, and provide guidance on using Workfront and related forms processes.
- Coordinate approved forms launches, including timing, action items, and implementation activities across internal and external platforms.
Compliance Partnership & Regulatory Support
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between Compliance and the Enterprise Forms Team for Retirement, Life, and Benefits initiatives.
- Support compliance-driven projects by providing forms research, analysis, and documentation.
- Assist with regulatory inquiries, market conduct exams, and other compliance-related requests.
Relationship Building & Continuous Improvement
- Build strong partnerships across Compliance, Enterprise Forms, and divisional stakeholders.
- Participate in divisional and compliance meetings to support coordination, communication, and proactive planning.
- Support the development of improved processes, standards, and working relationships that strengthen compliance adherence and accountability.

Compensation
Salary Range: Hourly $29.83 - $49.68
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. High School Diploma required.
- Up to 2 or more years of relevant experience
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across Compliance, Legal, Product, Operations, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience supporting implementations, operational processes, or projects from planning through execution.
- Ability to ensure compliance with established policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, assess impacts, and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and follow-through in managing work and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, responsive, and adaptable with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for improving processes, reducing risk, and enhancing stakeholder experiences.
