Job Description
As a Security Officer EMT Response Driver in Marston, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license meeting Allied Universal driver policy requirements. - Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and escalating concerns according to site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of technology-focused office areas, common spaces, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
- Monitor access activity and visitor flow in accordance with site-specific requirements, assisting with credential verification and reporting access concerns.
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Possess EMT certification.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess at least 2 years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field.
- Handcuffing certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
