About the role
Primary Purpose
Drives process optimization by managing complex analyses and implementing solutions that reduce cost, improve compliance, and enhance customer experience.The End-to-End Process Manager (E2E PM) leads performance, governance, and continuous improvement of assigned
processes across their lifecycle. Reporting to the Director for the assigned process, this role drives enterprise-wide process
management through standardization, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost
effective operations while enhancing efficiency, predictability, and risk reduction across core and support functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages end to end business process across the impacted organizations enterprise wide.
- Performs process flow and data analytics using tools like Signavio, SAP, MS Visio, and PowerBI applications.
- Partners with Continuous Improvement Enablement team to develop and implement systematic enhancements.
- Applies advanced process improvement expertise to shape strategy and resolve complex issues.
- Leads process improvement initiatives using recognized process improvement methodologies to standardize work processes.
- Designs and enhances process flows, implementing quality controls to improve workflow consistency and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Identifies operational risks and develops mitigation strategies to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery.
- Delivers innovative business process solutions that leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provides strategic guidance on continuous improvement and facilitates initiatives that support organizational goals.
- Leads organizational-level process improvement projects that drive efficiency and cost savings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education
- Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience
- Required: Typically requires 8 years of related experience.
- Preferred: Experience working with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, GIS, or similar platforms).
- Preferred: Experience in business process management, project management, operations, or quality management.

- Required: Business Process Improvement - Analyzes business processes and workflows within the organization and identifies new approaches to redesign business activities or optimize performance, quality and speed of processes.
- Required: Process Design - Developing effective business processes and workflows that are effective, scalable, and easy to replicate.
- Required: Process Mapping - Activities involved in defining what a business entity does, who is responsible, to what standard a business process should be completed, and how the success of a business process can be determined.
- Required: Continuous Improvement - An ongoing effort to improve processes, systems, and practices by regularly assessing performance and implementing incremental changes.
- Required: Data Analysis - Measuring and managing organization data, identifying methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyses.
- Required: Change Management - The structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state, ensuring changes are implemented smoothly and successfully.
- Required: Business Process Re-engineering - Analyzing business processes and workflows within the organization and identification of new approaches to completely redesign business activities or optimize performance, quality and speed of services or processes.
- Required: Root Cause Analysis - The process of discovering the root causes of problems in order to identify appropriate solutions.
- Required: Agile Methodologies - A project management approach utilized in software development, which is characterized by the division of tasks into short phases of work (known as sprints) and frequent reassessment and adaptation of plans.
- Required: Requirements Management - The process of documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders.
- Preferred: Cross functional leadership – Leading with influence across organizations.
- Preferred: Communications – Providing process updates to key stakeholders and senior leadership audiences.
Licenses and Certifications
- Preferred: PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Management).
