JOB DESCRIPTION:

Audubon is currently seeking a Civil/Structural Drafting Intern to join our team in our Tulsa, OK Office. The Civil/Structural Drafting Intern will perform drafting  assignments  designed  to  develop  drafting  knowledge  and  experience  associated  with  designing civil/structural equipment, components, structures or systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce drawings from redlines received from designers and engineers.
• Clarify instructions with designers and engineers when drawing markups or verbal instructions are unclear.
• Perform field data gathering when requested by supervisor or manager.
• Maintain a continued awareness of task schedule and budget.
• Comply with all company and client health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) standards as well as federal and local HSSE regulations.
• Actively participate in company and client hazard identification and observation programs, and immediately report any unsafe acts, conditions or incidents to your supervisor.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of 1 Year of Course Work Toward an Associate’s Degree from a Technical Institution preferred
• AutoCAD software experience required
• CADWorx software experience preferred
