Head of Coach Strategy & Operations

Our client is a healthcare company combining technology with human coaching. Its operations team is scaling the systems that support a distributed network of care professionals.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead coach strategy and operations, with responsibility for compensation, onboarding, development, and performance. You will manage an existing team and work closely with executive leadership.

What you'll do

- Redesign coach compensation and incentive systems.

- Build scalable onboarding, training, and continuing education programs.

- Use data models and experiments to improve coach and client outcomes.

- Lead and develop direct reports.

- Improve the operating systems behind a distributed provider network.

- Partner with leadership on business priorities.

Requirements

What we're looking for

- 7 to 15 years of relevant strategy, operations, general management, or chief-of-staff experience.

- Experience building people-intensive systems such as provider networks, marketplaces, or distributed workforces.

- Hands-on compensation and incentive design experience.

- Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis combined with operational execution.

- Experience using AI tools to improve systems and workflows.

- Interest in health and fitness, demonstrated community involvement, and strong team leadership.

Bonus points

- Experience improving supply-side onboarding and retention.

- Experience resolving marketplace supply constraints.

- Base salary: USD 200,000 to 230,000 per year.
