About the Position: Serves as a Strategic Planner for the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) (ASA(M&RA), reporting directly to the Executive Director for the ASA (M&RA) who provides general direction and objectives of assigned programs.
Evaluate government programs to assess issues of significant public interest.
Support strategic plans to improve organizational processes within assigned functional areas.
Analyze emerging trends to assess their impact on organizational operations.
Develop planning documents to support strategic goals.
Analyze and provide expert advice on senior staff action coordination.
