About the role

The VCP Program Manager & Analytics Lead serves as the operational backbone of the Aftersales VCP portfolio. This role owns Wave governance, portfolio reporting, milestone management, risk tracking, initiative analytics, and executive visibility to ensure the A4 VCP program remains disciplined, transparent, and data-driven. 

Problems This Role Helps Solve 

  • Wave updates, milestones, and due dates require disciplined ownership to improve visibility and accountability. 
  • Leadership needs reliable dashboards and a single source of truth for initiative health. 
  • McKinsey-supported reporting and portfolio routines need to be institutionalized within A4. 
  • Delayed or inaccurate data can weaken execution decisions and value realization confidence. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own Wave administration, portfolio governance, and initiative data quality for Aftersales VCP. 
  • Maintain milestone tracking, initiative status reporting, and portfolio health views. 
  • Build executive dashboards and recurring leadership materials. 
  • Conduct analytics to support opportunity sizing, initiative performance, and risk identification. 
  • Coordinate workstream updates, action item tracking, and governance review preparation. 
  • Support L2/L4 review packages with consistent project, risk, and KPI information. 
  • Partner with Finance to align initiative data with value realization reporting. 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline. 
  • Minimum 8 years of program management, transformation, analytics, or operations experience. 
  • Advanced Excel and dashboarding / reporting capability. 
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Wave or transformation portfolio tools. 
  • Power BI, data visualization, or analytics automation skills. 
  • PMP, Agile, Lean, or transformation office experience.
